We have known eachother all of high school and are now in college. So maybe something young yet sentimental? Yeah...I need suggestions!

If you have to ask strangers for items you are to give to someone you are suppose to know.......then it doesn't sound like a strong relationship. You should know what he likes by now.

Do you have old letters or old pictures? Create a collage and frame it. Maybe make a cd of old songs? Then, take him out to dinner and a movie.
The thoughtful gift you made will be the highlight of his day.

stuff you make is always sentimental, but then again so is a charm that reminds you of something special between the two of you. it depends on his personality, what does he like, what r his interests, is there anything he's mentioned that he likes. you could take his somewhere special (stadium or something manly like that)and surprise him with something.
