Vitamin B Complex is good for nerves.

Exercise has a wonderful way of releasing serotonin which helps with anxiety and stress.

If you are into alternative medicine you could try Skullcap found in your grocery store, and/or Valerian Root (follow the directions) is good to help you sleep, and everyone is less stressed with a good nights sleep.

A healthy diet - stay away from carbs and sugar which will give you a momentary high, and eat more substantial food with protein in it.

Other alternatives would require going to a doctor talking about what you've tried and what other options are available to you.
