Yup, the world is going to hell in a hand basket and the governments - the people that are supposed to protect us - are leading the way. What can be done now though, the people that do these things consider jail to be their second home and there are laws that prevent people from protect even themselves let alone others.

its tragic, most of these incident occur after the local curfews, if that says anything , i don,t know about this particular situation because the link said error,i believe we need to instill values and not just let our kids run as they wish :)
