Orsini or Corsi
Isabella Orsini/Corsi sounds really good.

Type in Orsini/Corsi, you'll see they are everywhere!

If Isabella is froma a specific part of Italy (Sicily, Lombardy, Rome, etc.), you can tell me and I'll come up with a surname that is typical of that region.

Quick bit of advice: Some babyb name books have lists of surnames. This is also an amazing book called "Building Believable Characters" that has lists of surnames as well. It's also just a great book for writers.
