If I am a State citizen how do the laws of Federal Income Tax apply to me.

Aren't those laws exclusive to the District of Columbia and to those businesses who sell Tobacco, Firearms and Alcohol only?

And as far as the forms sent to me every year telling me to pay based on the monitored earnings attached to my social security number, Internal Revenue Code, Section 6109(d), (I've added the emphasis):

"The SOCIAL SECURITY ACCOUNT NUMBER ISSUED to an individual for purposes of section 205(c)(2)(A) of the Social Security Act shall, except as otherwise be specified under regulations of the Secretary, be used as the identifying number for such individual for purposes of this title."

Search as much as you want, but you won't find an issued account number. Yet, this is what your tax law wants. Every April 15th, you swear a perjury oath to the federal god that you have a number that does not exist

Can someone help answer my question and address"account number"is it a private bank

In a fair trial why wouldn't they be allowed to present material and ask to be heard?

Sovereignty is delegated from God and not the Federal Government!

Our Social Security Number is not an account number for private banks to monitor and collect!

Even the the Presidency is an office of servitude, not an office of authority. Unless, of course, you signed something to make you subordinate to his authority.

Where does it say that the Federal Government may tax a state citizen?

That's just it! They rule this country through intimidation and the threat of prison without having to prove their case and show America the law!

Their game is just about over

Basically, you're right. Go and check the story of Ed and Elaine Brown. They tried to challenge the federal government on this and were not allowed to raise the question in court.

I was a tax paralegal for 2 years before I became a tax accountant. I have seen so many people who think like you try to argue their point before the IRS. Believe me, they will not even listen to you. I had one client who wrote them a letter asking for proof that the IRS has authority to collect income taxes. Guess what? The IRS doesn't even answer those letters. No matter what you believe, believe this: if you don't pay the tax, they'll come looking for you. The IRS will get it's money from you one way or another. I've seen it happen over and over again. Nothing you say will stop it. And no court is even going to hear nonsense about you not owing taxes. So whether you think it's right or wrong, you have to remember, the government is like the Mafia. They will get their money, and they can force you to pay. The IRS will either take your property or throw you in jail to get the point across.

You are also a citizen of the US. You are part of the federal government. You gain benefit from federal services (FBI, FTA, US military, etc.). Eventually, you will gain monetarily (SS, Medicare, etc.). You are required to participate in its funding.

You have your SSN. That is your key to your percentage of the pot. We all have the same pot.

Look, MANY people have tried to use your ill-advised quasi-logic to get out of paying their taxes. They're in jail now. Go ahead and not pay taxes, but don't leave a paper trail.

You're a proven Tax Kook, and not worth the keystrokes to provide any further answers. You hide your questions and answers and don't allow e-mail so you're just not worth the effort.

Good day.
