this is the easiest and best way to get it done!!!!!
buy a large bag of regular cheap cat litter, spread it liberally on those stains and then spend some time grinding it into the stain with you old shoes or boots, the more time you spend the cleaner it will be.
the cat litter when ground into a fine powder on a stain will absorb the moisture and other liquids.
then just sweep it off or use a hose or power washer whatever is handy, i use this method in my home shop where i make all kinds of really cool looking stains when i work.

Throw clean kitty litter on the oil stains. Then after the litter sets a bit, sweep it off the stain. You can use a powerwasher to remove the oil stains, using a detergent made for powerwashers. If you shop at Lowes or Home Depot, they may have something to use to remove oil stains also. The kitty litter does work pretty well.

There is a product at your local hardware store tha is supposed to clean concrete and asphalt. Check with them, they should know the name that escapes me. Pour it on, scrubb with a brush mop and rinse. All I know. Sorry.
