If your wearing a black dress, black nail looks very sexy, specially if your hair is pulled back. Red is a sexy color but its to cliche. Also, an intense blue get the attention with a short skirt.

On toes, anything sparkly/glittery, especially in dark colors.
On hands, I think natural nails are sexiest.
I'm not a big fan of the french manicure. It looks fake to me.

It depends on the person, their clothes, the tone of their skin colour.
Pinks, turquoises, blues, seafoam, greens usually.
