Yes, it's normal. Many people shrink as much as an inch a decade after about 30. You might mention it the next time you see your doctor and see if s/he thinks you should have a bone density scan, as rapid shrinkage COULD indicate that you are losing bone mass in your spine and need to increase your calcium intake or even take medicine for it. But it's not an emergency -- just something to ask about next time you have a checkup.

Yup. As we get older the body wears down. It goes through alot of changes. Hormones change, muscles shrink, we become less active...etc...
