Well drinking lots of alcohol always seems to work....
But seriously you can't dwell on this. Even Einstein made mistakes... its part of learning.
So take some quiet time and think about why you failed and what you can do in the future to correct what you did...or didn't do.

That sucks. I almost had to repeat a year in highschool because I nearly failed geometry. I made a C in algebra, a D in geometry and a C in alg. 2 and I still dont understand math very well.
Dont sweat it. Is accounting even a required course? I thought it was 3 math credits, 4 eng., 3 history, 3 science, 9 electives, 2 art, 1 comp, 1 foreign language.
Maybe its different in your school or maybe accounting was your elective.
Just repeat the course. Youre not retarded. Youre not a looser. You are probably a very sweet intelligent young woman who just needed a little extra help with accounting.
Its gonna be ok.

Hey! Give yourself some credit! Accounting is hard...especially in summer school. And you almost have a degree!! You should get a job, take a break from studying and return to school next semester. It'll be okay. I had to add on an extra semester too. You can do it. You're parents are angry, but they love you and they will get over it. That's what they do, they're parents. They are probably frustrated b/c of money since college is quite pricey. The job will help out with that.
The boyfriend thing will figure itself out in the end. Either you'll be together even though your plans are changed or you'll meet some other awesome guy soon.
Chin up lady!!

Your life isn't over, you just have to retake a class. Maybe find another few classes that you would like to take at the same time.
Having that extra free time is a great way to explore yourself as a person. Maybe take up an instrument that you've always wanted to. Maybe use that extra time to go to the gym/get in shape. Use that time to make your wildest dreams come true.
Speaking of the gym.. I always find that going and pumping iron takes all of the negative feelings, and replaces them with feelings of tranquility and clarity. Have a really hard physical workout, and you will feel better. Also, go out for supper with some family/close friends. This always made me feel better after I failed my exams. It'll take your mind off it.
Don't be in such a hurry to rush though, enjoy this extra time you've been given at school. Everyone who really cares will support you in continuing on. That's what people who care do. What has happened is the past, you can only control the future. Life goes on, and it will be good.

First off, you're life isn't totally ruined. Sometimes the things we beg for and want end up falling apart for reasons unknown to us, but better things come along. It's like the old adage - close a door and a window opens.
And why not get a tutor for accounting so you can graduate after the fall semester? It's only a few months that you're off track, not the rest of your life.
Go home, get a job, plan on heading to Spain in the winter........ don't cry over spilled milk. Your parents can't stay angry forever and you're not a retard.
Like I said, get a tutor. Is it too late to take a summer course in accounting?
Best of luck ;)

Girl, we've all thought that we were losers before, you need to GET OVER that and move on! First of all, you'll be able to go back to school and finish to get your degree. Do you REALLY think you're the first person to fail accounting? I barely passed that mess myself. Secondly, don't lose faith in yourself. If your man loves you the way a man should, you're fine. If not, then this is an OPPORTUNITY for you to get your life going in a different direction.
I don't know you, but I definitely don't think you're a loser! You are a perfectly normal person who's going through something tough. Keep the faith--eventually, you will see that it's going to be fine!

Is summer school available? There are lots of dual credit classes available over the internet (college classes that count as high school classes). You need to get in touch with your school counselor. My bet is that he/she can fix you up in no time, and have you on your way to Spain.
Please do not refer to yourself, or anyone, as a loser based on bad grades. The only loser is the person who didn't try. Some of the smartest people in the world have failed classes for various reasons. So you're not good at accounting. So what!

I doubt that your entire life is ruined, maybe this summer, but if you can see this as a learning experience even this summer is not ruined. Who knows what wonderful thing may happen because you did not go to Spain. And Spain will always be there. Go forth and conquer girl. Have a great summer!!!!!!

The thing is people are all looking for happiness in this material world. But in truth it never really comes. We keep chasing after it our whole life, but we never really get it. Why? Because this world is Maya (illusion), which is temporary and full of misery. Only one fourth of the souls come here. The rest are enjoying blissful, eternal, loving pass times with God also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc.) Everyone is looking for true happiness, but it doesn't come unless they seek after their eternal relationship with the Absolute Truth also known as God or Creator. He is the only one who can please you in every way. School will never give you the bliss you are looking for nor will a job or a career or even a man or children. Only God within all of ones endeavors will satisfy our hunger for pleasure and happiness. For real. For universal knowledge on attaining real happiness and The Absolute Truth Read Bhagavad Gita as it is By Bhaktivedanta PRabhupada on line asitis.com or go to harekrishnatemple.com for info. I love it.
