For all of you saying it wouldnt work, you are stupid because remember this is LA? They make a lot of money and can afford to go over the cap space by just like less than one million more dollars

The deal works out financially but the Timberwolves are looking to rebuild if they trade K.G. and J O'neal has some miles on him, and B. Cook isn't all that great. i think they would look for some draft picks to be included and unfortunately i don't think the Pacers or Lakers have very high picks to throw into the deal to make it work- plus the Wolves are trying to get rid of some contracts like: Troy Hudson and Marco Jaric.

Looks great, but doesn't work out. There is no way for the Lakers to get both Kevin Garnett and Jermaine O'neal. Only one of them. Garnett is the better player but his salary is higher, which means the Lakers would probably have to give up Odom, Bynum, and Cook (I think is a great trade), but it all depends if Jerry Buss wants to do that or not. I hope Lakers find some way to get Garnett.

The trade wouldn't even work, genius. That's why ESPN has a trade machine. The Lakers would be over the cap, so they couldn't make this trade even if they wanted to.

They would be a better team that's for sure, and it would be good for KG, because he is collecting mold in Minny, Kevin McHale isn't going to get him any help, he should've been commanded a trade, especially how he talks about wanting to win so bad. It should finally satisfiy Kobe, if it doesn't, then God only knows what he wants.

Good trade for the Lakers........however bad move for Jermaine O'neal...he wants to win now......Its time Phoenix gets involved in the O'neal sweepstakes!
