OK so I think my husband has something going on on the side. He likes to say out all night. But I need proof, what do you all think about putting a gps tracker in his truck before he goes out to track where he is. I would follow him but I have two small children at home can't just leave. so.......

Good idea if you can afford the cost of one. A cheap alternative can be found at http://disneymobile.go.com/disneymobile/home.do . This cell phone service is inexpensive, the device is a breeze to set up, holds a charge for a long time, small enough to easily conceal and you can track on your phone or on your computer. Although they market it as a child finder it will work as a child's parent finder as well. Do a google search for "cell phone GPS tracking" and you may find you already are in possession of the device and just have to subscribe to the service. If he does not have a cell phone get him one you can set up and save him from having to...heheheh, how kind of you!!!

Well here's what I think, first of all, he is staying out all night? That too me is a huge red flag. Is he going to a friends house, and just is too tipsy to drive home, and does he call to tell you? Or is he just staying out and then coming home the next morning.. no phone call or nothing? Cause that to me is just not right. Why do you need proof? Do you want to get a divorce? Or do you just want to confront him? if your going to go for a divorce and you need proof then get the gps tracker. But if your just wanting to confront him, confront him. You know in your gut what is going on. You need to make up your mind what your going to put up with, and then do what you need to do to make yourself happy. I would seriously consider leaving even if nothing was going on, and my husband was just staying at friends houses, to me that really isn't what a marriage is. When you are in a marriage its a two way street to try and make the other person feel confident, obviously he doesn't care how you feel. Thats just my two cents worth though.

It's going to drive you nuts until your suspicions have been sated either way so giving a lecture about trust and so forth is probably not what you are wanting to hear and will be a waste of time. Logically, a GPS would not be the way to go because it only proves where he is going, not what he is doing.

To prove beyond a shadow of a doubt whether he is cheating or not, why not invest in a Private Investigator instead of a GPS. A P.I. will discretely collect more concrete information such as pics and telephone records that will detail his late night whereabouts.

Anytime a man with a wife and two children doesn't come home at night a wife definitely has every right to find out where he is and what he is doing. He is neglecting his family.
Go ahead, I would do the same in a heartbeat. But I can't even imagine what it would be like to have such a person for a husband, I feel for you.
Be prepared for the worst I suppose...so that you don't crash too badly, if it's possible to prepare for something like that.

Oh, you can put a GPS tracker in his truck but why do you need proof? Kick his butt to the curb. Staying out all night means he's not meeting his responsibilities.

If the distrust in your marriage has already gotten so far as to put GPS in your husbands truck you need to look into getting marriage counseling.

It really doesn't matter what you do if hes doing it no matter what you do its not going to stop ,he will just find another way to do it ,ask him tell him what you think is going on I'm sure he wont give you a truthful answer and then again maybe he will, you have more important things to worry about your children good luck to you and your children

Do what my mom did thirty years ago...she followed him to the bar and walked in with me on her hip!

Really, just ask him. If you don't trust him, why stay married to him? I wouldn't waste my money on a gps system, that money could buy you a new set of luggage to pack your stuff in!

Do it. Find out now before it goes on longer. Or hire a private detective. Go with your gut instincts.

I think you should go for it whatever settles your mind. My husband has just left me and 2 kids after 12 years together and I just wished i had listened to my head when it was telling me something was going on but I did nothing and thats what hurts now doing nothing.
