Unforunately I have Ulcerative Colitis, so I go when ever the hell my body tells me I have to. I can't put my life on hold because of this bs! I generally make sure I'm the only one in there though. If it's a huge restroom with lots of people, you can do the ole flush-n-poop just in case so no one hears anything. I know, it's terrible that I've actually had to come up with Methods of Pooping, but hey, gotta do what ya gotta do.
...I think I'm mostly curious about how on earth you're going to choose best answer for this one.

Good question. Rarely, I have certain restrooms around my city that I call "secret gardens." These are proven restrooms that are well maintained, well hidden, and rarely visited. If I'm out on the town, at work, or driving around, I will only go to one of these spots to punish the porceline. You won't ever catch me dropping the kids off at a public restroom I am not familiar with.

If you have to go really bad and you can't hold it then you go but if you can hold it wait to you get home or something
