While Germany dominates economically today, by mid-century, France will dominate...because of demographics....Germany is declining while France grows.

Well I don't think they are going to exterminate other ethnicities or make a land grab for the sudetenland. The EU is controlled by 27 individual member states, it cannot do anything without a massive majority and no one country has the ability to control it.
Germany no longer has the thirst for power and is afraid of strong national pride. They do not want their country to return to being that monster of history. Anyways they are the third largest economy on the planet, their sitting pretty for a country with 1.23% of the world population.

I think France dominates the EU more then Germany. Half of the EU budget goes to agriculture. Which mainly benefits France.

Many think so.
I don't think all those who wanted total power were residing in Germany though.
It is a mistake to think that Germany is the 'enemy' here. It is much closer to home, our own political elite have repeatedly said they would defend our interests or offer referendums or even to campaign to take us out of the EU only to betray us once elected.

Although old stereotypes die hard - and anyone over 70 in this country would have been subjected to ruthless propaganda - Germans by and large do not have Napoleon-like tendencies to conquer Europe.
Germany has 99 members out of 781 in the European Parliament so they'll have a job taking over.

No , it isn't Germany wanted dominance and land, I think Germany wants the power to be economically independent and influential on her neighbors. During it's 2 World Wars Germany wanted to prove herself, Germany already has in my opinion.

We beat em in 1918,1945 and 1966 with little help from France......They now have no chance.
Before too long half population of Spain, Portugal and France will be English whilst half population of England will be eastern european or asian.
What a formidable line up.
Even Sweden will line up with us. Ulreka is for us as is Sven,Gore and Ericksson.thats 4 people.
I can also confirm that Italy will bat on our side.
My son used to work for Chrysler-Benz but was head-hunted by Fiat..sorted.. funny thing , ....Fiat UK. senior managers don't have Fiats as company cars!!
but they don't have German ones either!!
Just a little hint to the future...
Many people all over Europe and even the world have English or Spanish as the first or second language but the only country to speak krout is Volkswagistan.
