Here's what I suggest.... hang out with your friends when she's hanging out with hers. Try to encourage her to meet you at a specific time and place for just the two of you... like at the movies or a restaurant. Be sure you indicate you want some quality time just one-on-one or she just might show up with one of her friends. Your girlfriend may or may not view you as her top priority now... and it's really not that big a problem. Is she mature? That's what's important. Is she interested in the relationship? That's key. I get the feeling from your question that she's really not 100% ccommitted to a serious relationship right now... and that's okay, especially if she's young or needs some time to reflect on what she wants out of life. Be patient... you'll find out whether you have a long future together, just give it some time to blossom first.

well if she's hanging out with her friends and you half and half then that's reasonable, but if its like 80% friends and 20% you, then that's a problem. start hanging out with your friends more and stop calling her so much. don't let her think that you're desperate. if she sees that you have better things to do than hang out with her, then she will want to be with you more.

i mean the only other thing you can do is discuss it with her, but if that doesn't work you'll just have to make yourself seem more desirable and unavailable to her so she'll want you more.

if neither of those things work, then you will definately know that the relationship was not working and not worth it.

I'm not sure that she's not interested in you, I feel it might be that she's afraid of what might happen when she is with you, so to avoid the situation she stays away. It's hard to say, but this is something you need to talk to her about alittle more. She just might hint what she is feeling and then you can decide what you should do.

Then tell her how you feel. Try to talk to her about what your feeling. Make an effort to be with her even if that means, making arrangments to go to eat. Just don't give up.

Invite her over to your place and prepair a nive dinner (first thing I cooked for my girl was lemon-pepper pork chops, I think spinach and white wine!) cuddle up on the couch and watch movies or just talk about random things. Just you and her. Perhaps that will bring the two of you closer.

find a second girl to fill in the gaps, see how she likes that. Maybe it will give her that kick up the bum she needs. I wish I had done it in hindsight, but I just couldn't, even when it was offered to me

how long have you all been going out and knowing each other??? She still has her life and is living it. Talk to her about this, and find out why she spends so much time without you.
