lol...this was actually a real question..not a trick question...I told myself to put "4 hours" in the "except for" part....but I guess it did make a good trick question

The 8 hour is not likely to be honored by the judge. Also, your insurance company may not honor the 8 hour traffic school. The 12 hour is the standard program and includes information on marijuana and other drugs as well as alcohol.

Sorry, too easy. I apologize. It sounds like they probably cover the same material, but the 8 hour is more intensive. You can do it online, in pieces; or you can do it all in one day.

I'd stay away from the $30 courses, and opt for the better classes. If in doubt, call them and see what they include.
