A denarius is an ancient roman coin. There really isn't an exchange rate, just collector value, since Roman and US coins never circulated at the same time. Or in the same millennium.
As a collectible, there are hundreds of different types of denarius (every emperor had their own coinage), and collector values are all over the map. Do a search on eBay for "Denarius", and you will get hundreds of hits in every price range.
