Douche B. Cheney, Master of Destruction & Overlord

I hope Rahm Emanual succeeds in defunding the office of the Vice President, if Cheney believes that he is President of the Senate over VP.
The Pres. of Senate budget is a fraction of the VP budget.

I think the answer has to be Dick.
When Dick is otherwise tied up, I think our country is run by his lovely and talented wife Agnes Cheney.

Bush is president.
Cheney is VP.
When Clinton was president, we didn't really have a president.
Clinton was just a little boy trying to make friends with Osama bin Laden.
(It didn't work too well.)
