Watch "House Hunters" on HGTV for some good advice. It is usually on at 7:30 Eastern every night. You will not only see how a realtor is supposed to act, but also get some good insights on what to look for in your house hunting.
Good luck.

I was also trying to forgive her until the singing part.. I know because I have been out on showings when the listing agent gave me wrong directions & even after I schduled the showing appointment people were at the house and it was not clean etc.. So I had some sympathy until the singing..
Just because she showed you property does not mean you owe her anything. Although I like to stress loyalty in most occasions it does not sound like she has earned that from you at this time. I would try to find another Agent that you feel more comfortable with. Or you might want to give her another chance if you feel she deserves one.
You should ask your family & friends for a refferal.. someone that have already used and know does a good job and is proffesional.
I work for a National Company and have contacts just about everywhere so please let me know if you need a refferal.
Best of luck!!

Homebuyersincentive.com is not a licensed to sell anything, let alone real estate.
homebuyersincentive.com is owned by
Registrant:
Erle McLean
32 King Road
Somerset, NJ 08873
US
Erle does not appear to have a business license, the address is a house, not an office.
I agree with everyone here, there is no reason for you do to business with this person. She showed you no common courtesy and sounds rather ditsy.
I buy and sell pretty often. I personally AVOID the franchises and go with local brokers. They are the firms you have never seen a major ad for. They tend to be better, as they are not relying on a franchise name. They will have a pen and they are the ones that will work hard to find you the perfect match.

I was trying to forgive her UNTIL I got to the singing and playing the radio part. This one sounds like a first class ditz. Dump her when you get the chance. Sadly, if you want to buy any of the homes you saw her with yesterday, you may have to ask her broker for a different agent to handle the transaction, since she is entitled to commission for 'introducing' you to the property.
And, YES, I AM a realtor.

I have gone to the wrong house, gotten lost, couldn't find the lock box to get in, and lost my pen along the way.
I had to lose empathy at singing in the car.
Change agents.
And any agent in here offering to refer you to someone receives a percentage of the sale, so it isn't an altruistic offer to help you find a new agent.

I think you better run as fast as you can form this agent. She sounds like she hasn't a clue on how to be professional, let alone know what she is doing.

Hey that Realtor is a little unethical, change the Realtor quick!!! but since you are looking for a home try:
www. homebuyersinentive .com
They sell homes fully loaded with tv's, new furniture, shopping spree's and all ! no joke !! I have been to the site!!! I filled out the form and they did what they said they would do ! I now have a list of homes to choose from
that they sent me and the listings are pretty great! setting up my open house this Friday with an agent they referred me to!
Kudos for me I guess !!! Try it !!!! it can't hurt!!!!
Good Luck!!
