the place hadnt served corn in years, apparently the sewage washed up into the dishwasgher and a piece of corn dried in the coffee cup, i saw it after i drank my coffee down, hmmmmmm

i don't know about the grossest, but a great story. i ended up perkins in the wee hours of the morning after bar hopping and winding up at a strip club with some friends. the waiter, who's name was mark, brought out silverware. he said "welcome to f*cking perkins" and threw the silverware all over the table and walked away. when we order i asked for a cherry coke and he replied "rum and coke?" when he brought our food he had to make 2 trips to get the last guy's food. mark told this guy that he dropped his food back in the kitchen and had to go back and scrape it up. when he refilled my cherry coke, he came back with 2 glasses, one of which was a contoured malt glass and one was a normal glass. he said "i couldn't remember if you said coke or cherry coke, so i brought you one of each." i'm pretty sure mark was on drugs or soemthing, but my friends and i all had a good laugh. i told another friend about it later and he lives nearby that perkins. he said the guy is always that way. he has been seen working at a few other local restaurants since.

I had a cock roach run across my table one time. I jumped up and was freaked.
The owner came and asked me to sit down. I said no and walked to the front. They said the bill was on them. Yeah!
I never went back to Cahill's Family Restaurant in Danville, Illinois after that!

And when I was in high school I worked at DQ and a co worker peed in someone slushie

Ants. In the oil we used at a pizza place I worked at. Sad thing is we didn't know how long they were in there and how many got in the food.

hairy chicken from some chinese place, also the grossest food ever is a potsticker!! and i went to a pizza hut/ taco bell and there was not one second when i didn't have five flies in my face and 1 on my already gross pizza ...bleh!!!

A big old thumb nail in my sea food gumbo..... 20 years ago and I still cringe at the thought...dont eat gumbo in any form anymore either..... Blahhh....
