I'am about to go to a job intervew with USBank, I really wanna get the job, does anyone know what I need to know in order to be ready for the interview? what do I say if they ask me "why do u wanna work for us?"

Arrive to the interview on time, maybe a little earlier. Look modest and wear nice clothes, but not too fancy or too casual (avoid jeans) When they talk to you, make good eye contact and nod your head to show interest. When they ask you a question, try not to just say one word answers like "yea" or "no" but rather explain a little why you think that without blabbing on. If they ask you a question like "why do you want to work for us" just say why you truly want to work for them, it's important to let them know you're interested in what you're getting into and you are ready to take on new things.

Well it helps to know a little bit about the company before you go that way when they ask why do you want to work for us you can say. Well I like what you have to offer. You have excellent benefits and I can see this becoming a very successful career.

Blow some smoke in their ear.
GO to their website. See how many branches they have, how much money they have on deposit, their gross volume.
Learn a little bit about them.
You can then counter, " any bank who has gone from 1200 branches to 2200 ( or whatever)branches in 10 years is a well run a well run organization, and I feel I can contribute to their continuing success.
Do some homework. It shows some initiative.
