Baths instead of showers. Let air get to you as often as possible. I had this for many years too. Stay away from too much caffeine & drink lots of water. Cotton underware & no nylons if possible.

Distcharge is normal, itchy is not. Could have a yeast infectio. They have stuff over the counter for that. Don't use bleach or alot of perfumy stuff in wash. Make sure pants aren't too snug...and eat YOGURT! It helps keep all that bacteria down there at bay!

It is normal to have discharge occur every day but the amount if it's a lot in addition to the itching can indicate possible infection.
This needs to be evaluated by your dr to see what they think is going on.

Is the discharge white? It could be a yeast infection. You can easily treat it with an over the counter cream, such as monistat.

Take ur time in the shower and u may hav some kind of infection cause the itch thing iz a lil off. So wat i can reccommend iz u go 2 a doctor (dinacologist) an see wat wrong because a lot of factors contribute to such a reaction.

I'd switch to dye- and perfume- free detergent, and Ivory soap.
It sounds like you may have sensitive skin.

i had the same thing - talk to your gyno about it, it could be a yeast infection that you're not taking care of or just something that's reacting strange in your body.
