great summer make-over bases to cover, light hair and dark skin =] for makeup, stick with the 'summer' look with bright colors at night, warmer tones during the day. with blonde hair and darker skin, yellows, blues, and oranges would make great shadows for you. this summer, you'll probably want to stick with chapstick and gloss only, as lipstick tends to run in the heat. use bright, flirty shades of nailpolish like orange, yellow, lime green, or if you want a bit more of a 'grown-up' appearance, try wine reds and coffee browns. for hairstyles, the 'high ponytail' is in and is easy to do. there's always the 'beachy waves' option to try. all that is is taking salt water and scrunching it through your hair when its dry. it'll give you subtle, but flity waves in your hair.
hope it helps =]

first of all...i dont think light hair and dark skin go together but oh well. Fire engine red nail polish always looks great to bring out a summer vibe. Black is also very "in" too, and it will bring out the lightness of your hair. Next, wear lots of eyeliner, but not so much that it will make u look goth. It will enhance ur tanness and ur blond hair. Bright eyeshadows, like yellows and silvers are amazing too. Stay basic with the hair....scrunching it is so cute! Also, just wear ur favorite lip gloss or lipstick. Make sure it matches with the rest of ur makeup though.

Skin tone is the first thing to consider. You want makeup colors that match yours. Here's how to determine yours:
Warm skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear green.
2. Gold jewelry is more flattering than silver jewelry.
Cool skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear blue.
2. Silver jewelry is more flattering.
If you have a warm skin tone, then you will want colors that have a bit of yellow or brown in them - e.g. brick red.
If you have a cool skin tone, then you want colors that are more jewel like - e.g. true sapphire or cobalt blue.
In theory you can wear almost any color as long as its tone complements yours.

Some makeup color recommendations: http://www.beautyden.com/beautycolors.shtml
As for nail polish, creamy pearls are in this season. A rich, deep pearlescent cream would look very clean & modern. A French manicure or a sheer pink are classics. Essie's Sugar Daddy is a neutral pink that makes nails look clean, finished & perfect.
Tinted lip sticks or glosses are an easy option for summer. Consider Revlon's Super Lustrous Lip Gloss in Cherries in the Glow & Clinique's Almost Lipstick in Black Honey. Cover Girl's new TruShine lip sticks have gotten positive reviews for being sheer & easy to wear. You can get color-matched on the website: http://www.covergirl.com/cgcollection/lips/mini_lipcolor/index.jhtml
As for hair styles, you can add a touch of sophistication to a pony tail by wrapping a section of hair around the elastic and securing it w/ bobby pins. A bun is good in warm weather. Here's how: http://www.ehow.com/how_17117_make-modern-bun.html

well going with a light blonde is cool but no light eye shadow!! You need to use dark browns greens and maybe if you can pull it off w/o looking hookerish then pink! Also your hair should be long when any kind of blonde, short is to settle when your a blonde settle isn't in our vocabulary!!! anyway also go for black nail polish that will stand out because of of your LIGHT hair!! hope you have fun!

Well since it's summertime keep it simple. For make-up it depends a little on your eye color. But you can stick to nude colors for eye shadow and a little bit pinker for blush. Use dark brown eyeliner and either clear or black mascara. Nailpolish would be best as a french manicure, which it like white and pink so it looks natural. For hair you could keep it down, straighten it, curl it, or put it up in a ponytail.
With tan skin and blonde hair you will look like a "beach babe" so keep it beachy :)

I think curls are great, my dance teacher is tan and blonde and she looks great, and you could out a hump in your hair too! That would be cute. Straight hair may not work unless you get a haircut that will frame your face. A light pink and brown will look good. Red will look good if you're out in the evening. Try tangerine too. A french manicure wold look faboulus too!

on your makeup, you are able to desire to rather flow with one in all 2 seems. i think of which you will desire to attempt the two out and spot which one suits you greater proper. the 1st seem is amazingly easy and summery, making use of a brilliant form of pinks and nudes. Your lips could be a easy crimson, and your nails could seem mind-blowing with a french nail submitting if a threat, yet you additionally can only shop on with some diminished crimson polish and not do the counsel. Your eyes could have a crimson or perchance even a glittery white (rather white around the tear ducts seems cool) and a mascara for quantity (i does not propose the Maybelline form; it rather is totally clumpy and thick; puzzling to apply) yet another seem you are able to desire to do is greater earthy. with your pores and skin tone, you are able to pull over some fairly neat bronze-ish or mocha lip colour and bronze eye shadow. Metallics are very in top now. you additionally can use lengthening mascara (returned, ideally not Maybelline). you additionally can use a bronze or different steel nail polish. on your hair, i think of that long, blonde waves could seem fairly rather. you additionally can cut back it medium length in layers and curl it. Or strengthen it out promptly and long and straighten it. it fairly relies upon on what you like. i could propose testing the two seems and determining which you like greater proper. i'm hoping a sort of enables your new seem! good success!
