I've had uneven breasts since I was a teenager. I was told by my physician that it is normal for women/girls to have uneven breasts because we are not symmetrical. My doctor also said that it may even out a little as I mature; that didn't happen for me.

Instead, I think it kind of got worse because the bigger one became saggy. My breasts are about 1 cup size different (A cup and B cup), but it's is VERY noticeable, because of the sag.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of the sagginess and even out my breasts without any surgery?

Thanks in advance.

I got a suggestion about using padded bra or padding your bra. How would that work when you wear swim suits? Just asking, even though I'm no bikini fan. I just can't imagine having something bounce out of your bosom. It may sound silly, but it can happen.

every woman does have uneven breasts. one of my boobs is a C and the other a B, the smaller ur breasts are the more noticible it will be.

sadly the only way to correct the problem is to reduce ur bigger breast to the size of the smalller one or get an implant on ur smaller one to make it the same size as the bigger one.

the only other thing is to get some of those jelly things from Victorias secret and put it in ur bra to match both breasts.

I'm a 23 year old female, I started as a 34A..or smaller..and I stumbled upon bravabreasts.com, I emailed the girl and actually got her to lower her original asking price, so that was great! I wore the system for 6 months, almost everyday for maybe 30-45 minutes each time. I ended up gaining an entire cup size, which for me, was seriously an answer to my prayers! I've ALWAYS wanted a bigger chest, and I finally got it. I'm satisfied! I guess I wouldnt mind going slightly bigger, but I'm a small girl, so it might look odd. Anyways, I really think anyone should give it a go...it's cheaper than the real Brava and better and safer than surgery! Can also correct uneven breasts! And now, since I got such good results, I'm a seller of these machines as well.. :o) You should give it a try before you risk your life with surgery or creams, etc.

It is a rare woman who has both breasts exactly the same size. How much of a difference there is varies. At 15 you are still growing and developing so they may even out in the future. If when you finish growing (early to mid 20's for women) they are still causing you distress by how uneven they are, then you may consider cosmetic surgery. Many women go through life with one breast a cup size different to the other. My friend uses the extra space to carry her mobile phone!

honestly surgery is the only way. My breasts are two different sizes too. It is totally normal. Yes mine are also almost a whole cup size different which makes it really hard to find a good bra. Don't worry about it. My husband like the variety. I am sure you will find someone that will me thrilled with the difference. No one notices it anyway. I was also very self conscious because of this.

Well, this same thing happened to my grandma, except her case wa worse. She was an A and a D. =O, i know. Well, back in her day, they didn't, obviously, have surgery for that kind of thing. So, she had to wear kind of a fake breast(kind of a plastic jelly like thing) in the A cup.
Nowadays, you could do this(although what you said about the bathing suit issue is true) but what's best is surgery, AFTER you are done growing, (I don't know how old you are).

Hope this helps, and know that you aren't alone, this is a very common thing.

I've had uneven breasts since I hit puberty (i'm 33 now).

I'm thinking its not as noticeable as you think it is, unless you've had many people tell you that you look uneven.

You can put pads in your bra for the smaller breast.

You can either get an implant in the smaller breast or a reduction in the bigger breast.

How old are you now?
