Just wait until you feel that magic moment! The right time to kiss will slap either you or him (or both) on the back of the head and it will happen. Trust me :-).

3 dates at least... If he keeps coming back, he may actually be a nice guy...so wait as long as you can...but no sooner than 3 real dates.

Well, if you feel that the time is right. Make sure you don't rush things into that kind of stuff. I don't know him but you have to think if he is feeling the same way.
