How does everyone think Vince Young is goin to do this year after bein nominated for the Madden '08 cover, cause everyone says theres some curse on the Madden cover players who get picked

I don't believe in the curse.
I do believe that he lost his top 3 wide receivers and his leading rusher in free agency. He doesn't have a lot of talent left around him, so he may struggle. It's got nothing to do with the Madden cover, however.

Vince Young was a pretty weak pick for the cover of Madden, when I think about the madden cover i think of it being a perrenial all-pro player, not a 2nd year quarterback who hasn't reached the playoffs or a pro bowl.

The curse aside, Young will have a tough time this year. The Titans lost both of their starting WRs, their starting RB, a very suspect D has become even weaker. A lot of their O will rely on Young, he hasn't learned enough yet to read Ds well so he'll rely on his legs way to much. Ds will learn quick, shut down Young running and the Titans will flounder. I see 6-10 maybe 7-9 at best.

I believe the curse started when Eddie George was put on the cover. However, out of all the people that have been on, I think Ray Lewis was affected the least. I was actually hoping that Peyton Manning would be on the cover this year.

If it stays consistent with the "Madden curse", than he will get injured. If that does not happen than I think he will have a solid season. The guy showed some potential, last season. He should be better this year, even.

First off, its a joke he's even on the cover. There were twenty five more deserving players than him. Tomlinson turned down the cover so then they choose a player whos started twelve games? come on now

There is, i forgot the streak, but its been a few years in a row that the player featured on the cover gets hurt during that season.

vince young so overrated, one okay season and omg he's brett farve. he did not deserve the cover of madden. i was thinking more on the lines of peyton or jason taylor

Vince Young will probably do fine, but his supporting cast isn't good enough for it to matter.
