I know it is not the battery because my lights come on, can it be possible some lose cables, wires or something else other than the battery

I had the same problem with my car and it turned out to be a lose cable on the battery. The lights came on and everything else, there just wasn't a strong enough connection for the car to turn over.

Hopefully it's the battery.

The battery needs a full charge to turn the starter. Take it in to an AutoZone to have it tested. The lights will still come on with an undercharged battery.

Can you jump start the car? If so, it has to be your battery or charging system. If you can jump it, drive it to AutoZone instead and have both the batt and alternator checked while there.

Have some-one watch those lights when you hit the starter.
If they don't dim, and there's no click, the problem is in the starter solenoid circuit.
A click means the solenoid is closing but the starter motor is not turning. - (Check the engine ground before anything else.)
No click means the solenoid coil is not getting power.
