With the increase of Anti-American activities in our country and our troops fighting a war they believe will insure our being free for many more years, why are so many people who live here enjoying those freedoms so against us protecting ourselves? Isn't it time for Americans to speak out and defend our country and the system that guarantees it's continuance? Isn't it time for Americans to wake up and realize those who hate us want to inflict many more 911's on us? Isn't it time for Americans to open up in support of our government, troops and yes our presidend like him or not. We are all Americans and must be united in our quest to remain free!!!!

Is this a question?

Protecting ourselves is one thing. Using war and the threat of war to allow our business interests to have unfair advantages in the world is not the same thing and has caused any number of people to dislike Americans. Unfortunately, we're too busy obsessing over Paris Hilton and one missing white woman at a time to learn about what has been done in our name around the world.

that's unhappy to declare, yet a lot of my fellow human beings are appallingly ignorant appropriate to something of the worldwide. The worst, of all, i've got got here across, are maximum folk from the manhattan city section. They no longer basically do no longer understand lots approximately different worldwide places; they do no longer even understand something approximately u . s . west of the Hudson River or north of Boston.

I agree

but for some reason everyone has to act like Americans are second-class and everyone else should come first. Seriously, I knew people who died in 9-11 (I used to live in Greenwich Village) and at our school our teacher made us brainstorm ideas about how people like Osama bin Laden could feel less 'afraid' of our culture, because he killed so many people because of the fact that America was intimidating. wtf?!
