Is it nails on a chalkboard, a fork against a plate, etc...?
For me it is pulling styrofoam from boxes and then it squeaks...it makes me cringe....

Basically anything that has a high pitched squeaky sound (i.e. nails on chalkboard, chair being scooted across a floor).
