...It probably is, but I do remember Ryan posting something like a "Cardinals Dictionary" on his website awhile ago and he defined a halloweenhead as a hardcore fan. Obviously that doesn't make since in the song's context but it's info none the less! :-)

Sounds like it is. No lyrics are on the web sites yet to analyze, but the video had him singing it live.
