I have a buick skylarlk 1996, need to fix the drivers side window it is a automatic.

a saw would work but I am not much of the power tools kind of girl. I tend to get hurt.

don't want to go to the body shop. If i can do it on my own then why don't I atleast try?

Drive it to a body shop. Drop it off. Pick it up.

Most times the interior door panel is fixed to the frame with 'pop` fasteners that you pry off after removing the interior handles and fittings.
It's best to get a manual for the specific car.

First of all you take off all the handles.
Then you go around the edge of the fabric//leather panel and pop the clips (flat tool and twist)
Then you can get, sort of, at the hardware.

that's chain saw answer is funny. but i don't think that's how you do it...

try calling the company you got it from. they should have the answer if the sold it to you.
