what a rip off !!!
Stores should charge this 70 cents to customers who use cards, and if we pay with cash, we should get a break. I hate it when i am in line at the store and people ahead of me charge stuff that's only 6 dollars! Why the %^&% can't people pay cash. It's a lot faster.
