ok well i just started my period like yesterday
so i am wondering if i can run even tho i am on it
also how many miles u want me to do
so i could lose like alot of calories

of coures you can run. i have many times in my fitness class at school and it has the added bonus of helping with any cramps. it's actually very good to run while you have your period. and my advice on how much you should run is just keep going until your muscles (or your lungs) burn. you'll know what i mean. any more than that could actually be dangerous. and stay hydrated. the burn i was talking about is either you being very out of breath and your throat starts to burn which is cured by slowing down and drinking some water. when your legs burn it's lactic acid. you will fell it the next day. but keep running every day, even if your legs hurt. it all goes away after about 2 weeks.

You can do anything you want to while on your period.
If you go in the water you need to wear a tampon.
You could also use a tampon for when you run. A lot better than a pad between your legs.

you can do whatever you want when you are on your period just try a tampon but since you just started try to use a pad more often just relaxx

Yes, it good because you need to excersise to get rid of the cramp.

yes you can do what ever you want with your period...well not everything but sports and running are fine...the first time i had my period i played softball with it.

since ur starting keep aware incase u leak while running. and if it doesnt then ur perfectley fine
