I scraped against another car and got the other car's paint off of mine but some of the paint from my car got scraped off from the accident, not from me removing the other car's paint. Anything I can do to touch up the areas where the paint is missing, without paying a lot at a body shop?

If you go to AutoZone or Advanced Auto they have touch up paint. I saw them at Advaced, they had the exact color for each model. Honda Civic red, Ford green. They looked pretty right on to me! Plus, they were under $20. :)
