after 30 days it will appear as if she was never on these accounts to begin with. were these accounts in good standing or bad? if they were good, it will hurt her credit...if they were bad it will help.

If the accounts are in YOUR name and you allowed the company to issue a card with her name on it linked to your account, then no it does not affect her at all. It was never in her name and you can cancel her card and remove her off of your account without any effect.
If the account is a joint account and she was a co-applicant for the account, then they may not allow you to drop her from the account since it was setup jointly. You may need to open a new account under your own name and cancel this one, with her consent.
