Yes, driving in the streets of Manila is almost like an Olympic competition event. However if all drivers were to behave like responsible adults, none of these "road rules" would be necessary. It's doubtful if these rules would change mentality and driving habits overnight, but even if only a handful of Pinoy drivers would follow these suggestions, our streets would be much safer. So I hope for everyone's sake that this issue is given more serious thought but we shall see.

A Philippine driver, professional or non pro can't even follow the RED and GREEN light signal.

How much more on that commandment?

Behind the wheel, people have a different attitude. It is sad, really.

I hope people all over the world can learn to manage "road rage."

Regardless what rules or law you gonna implement, if those government officials are not doing their job, its still useless and waste of time.

The problem with our Government is "LACK OF IMPLEMENTATION".

Of all the Government Officials, I like most is,
Mayor/Gen. Alfredo Lim - He can implement what goes out of his mouth and he can implement the law.

I wish they would but it would take a lot of enforcement from non-corrupt cops and judges.

hi, mam inday. we need to re-educate all the drivers mam. all those commandments you stated are very good but implementing it will be hard. you see mam inday, how can you implement those things you mentioned when we lack self discipline. we can bribe anyone mam if we are caught dis-obeying one of those commandments. it's not going to work mam inday. sad to say mam but true. thanks mam inday.
