Yeah, the teeth become clenched and the eyes get narrow. There is also a slight reddening of the face.

Believe it or not, my husband never gives me a look. However, I give him one. My mother, on the other hand, used to have the look of death. I still cringe when I picture it, clenched jaw, snarled lip, furled brow. Oh wait-- that's my look too. My poor poor husband. I really need to never do that again. Thanks for asking this question. You've made life more pleasant for my husband.

My ex had a knack for that.
My husband doesn't do that; he talks everything out, calmly, and politely.
Might have a lot to do with why I tend to go his way sometimes...
