Some suggestions, but remember what works for one will not work for all, most women find at least ONE of the following groups work for them:
Beverages :
Ice cold water (works for some but for others it gives heartburn)
Sugar water (sugar, diluted juice or diluted koolaid)
Gingerale
Ginger or Peppermint Tea (peppermint tea is pretty good chilled as well, chilled ginger isn't my thing).
Pureed ice and fruit (like a smoothie, however for some any yogurt/milk makes it too heavy. However you can add if it works for you: 1) Yogurt/milk/ice cream 2) Protein powder 3) Spinach/Kale/Greens plus -you can't really taste it if you are using berries as the fruit 4) Peanut or other Nut butter)
Small snacks, frequently:
Crackers
Fruit
Protein bars
Granola
Hard boiled eggs (or deviled)
Cheese
Veggy sticks
Soup/broth (pureed veg soup is very healthy)
Find the drink(s) that work for you and the light snack(s) that work for you. Make sure to drink the drinks and eat the light snack frequently (at least every two hours). What I would do is eat the light snack (which was plain fruit for me) and if I felt ok then I would try some protein (yogurt or meat). I would save starch for when I was actually feeling hungry. This pregnancy my morning sickness is gone but I still just don't want to eat, so that is a struggle. I just have no interest most of the time. So I try to drink a lot of smoothies and eat a lot of soup (when it isn't a million degrees) and then when I am hungry I tend to overeat and eat nothing but starch or worse desserts *lol*. Oh well. I'm trying to do better!

Congratulations, first of all! How exciting!
I have actually found that I have aversions to some foods, and cravings for others, so I eat things I crave in moderation, and healthy things the other 50% (oops, lol) of the time. It seems to help with my nausea.
Also, eating small meals often and increasing your liquid intake (trying to stay away from caffeine) helps immensely. If you feel sick, eat some Saltine crackers (or Wheat Thins are good for me) and sit down. Maybe blow a fan on you to keep air flowing around you - especially in summer time! Ugh! Your nausea may subside. It worked for me, at least.
Good luck sweetie, and congrats again! I'm so happy to see that you're so happy! It took a while for it sink in with me (it was a shock), but I got excited when I heard the baby's heartbeat, then when I found out I was having a boy! :-)

Congratulations! Consider the fact that you're having terrible morning sickness a good sign - studies have shown that women who experience morning sickness are CONSIDERABLY less likely to suffer a miscarriage than women who don't. Anyway, to answer your question, some things that worked for me were: toast, cheese and crackers, ginger snap cookies, water, and Sprite. Hang in there; this, too, shall pass!

Well morning sickness is a great sign because it is a sign that your body is not rejecting the baby. Crackers always help. My best defense against morning sickness was a peanut butter bread. It was nice and thick and sat well in my stomach - plus it is a great protein source. Good luck!

Before getting out of bed in the mornings, have some saltine crackers (lots of them actually) available for you to munch on before you get up out of bed. That should help. Keep some around the house for throughout the day too. And drink water. Try some soda pop-like seven up, etc. to help too.
Congrats! I wish you and your little one the best. I'm also sorry for the loss of the little one before that.Take care.

Aw, congratulations, sweetie! You sound nervous and excited all at once! LOL
Plain foods help a lot. Bread with little to no spreads on them, crackers, vegetables and fruit. (Just stay away from citrus - that's no fun bringing back up if it doesn't sit well in your belly.)
Water, milk and Sprite/7-up for liquid. The Sprite actually helped my stomach settle when I felt nauseous.
Best wishes to you!

Saltine crackers and ginger ale, try to snack on them before you get out of bed in the morning to ease the beginning of sickness. Grats!

I have found that saltine crackers and water worked best for me. I have the philosophy that throwing something up is better than throwing nothing up. I hope that this works for you. Congrats and good luck.

It will probably take some trial and error to see what will work for you - but the two big life-savors for me when I was having bad morning sickness were: Pedialyte popsicles and Carnation Instant Breakfasts.
Good luck.
