which network is beter?

I have not tried either. However, I did try Verizon and old AT&T before the merger with Cingular. I use Cingular, now the new AT&T. If totally integrated Cingular / AT&T offers a pretty solid service. I have heard T-Mobile is pretty decent but I do not have any information on Metro.
