It is about the 5 people US should watch out for it includes North Korea's president as well as Iran and also Siberia ( or Syria not really sure ) the other two I forgot . It gives reason why US should watch out for them . I read it in passing and now want to read it . Please help ....

There are any number of articles on 'dangerous' political leaders. So, you didn't give enough info to come up with a definitive answer.

BTW: It would have been Syria, not Siberia.

BTW2: The other two people probably were Senator Clinton and John Edwards.
