spells wrong or their grammar is wrong? I really don't get why some people feel the need to call you out on it. I am having FUN on this site and didn't think I was being graded as if I was back in school. I don't have time to click on the stupid spell check button all the time. So, I am not perfect. Imagine that!?

I totally agree with you TicTock! Like DobiGange says it's not school and quite frankly the Yahoo spell check stinks too.
I'm not that anal to correct someone. It I understand what being said than thats just OkieDokie with me!

I've commented on this exact subject on here in the past. There was a question or remark that someone else made regarding people's misspelling on here.. Same as you, I said this is not school and people on here should not be here to judge others. If they want to correct people on their spelling and grammar they should go get a JOB being a teacher!!!!

If you have time to type questions and answers, you have time to spell check. It makes you look uneducated when you cannot spell. I do not care about the grammar part of things, but misspellings can change words to something that does not make sense. I'm done with my soapbox now, do what you want, it is a free world.

I care, I think bad spelling and grammar makes a person look stupid and ignorant, especially when there is a "Check Spelling" button just above your post, and it takes two seconds to do it.
I don't expect people to be "perfect", but don't you want to give the best impression of yourself?
Edit!! You must care, you asked the question! I answered the question asked. Next time, just add "OMG only answer if you agree with me!".

With me, If someone is saying something mean, then I'm going to call them on it. With grammar, I'm just a grammar fanatic. Can't help it. Nothing personal.

I've been guilty of saying something once. As long as I can understand what the person's trying to say or the point they are trying to make. No Biggie, No one's perfect especially me, I would take it with a grain of salt, just make sure you don't get the salt in your eye! Not to worry, "We are not alone!"

I could care less ...for me it is content over grammar...and besides I get picked on too as I am homebound recovering from had surgrey and most of the time I type with my left hand only....so I have a lot of typos...but I don't care.
