Why would Chris Benoit murder his family, and even himself? Will this change Mr. McMahon's "storyline" death?

I wish I knew the answer to this question, but to tell you the truth, it hurts to think about it. After Bret Hart retired, I was a die hard Chris Benoit fan. This guy could not talk like John Cena, had a monster look like Batista, or dominate office politics like HBK and HHH, but the man could do one thing... HE COULD WRESTLE. So to find out this guy may have killed his wife and 7 year old son breaks my heart. I'm so upset Chris Benoit is dead. And even more upsetting is that he may have killed people before it. I don't think I can ever watch wrestling after this. Chris Benoit was what I thought was good about the business, now I find out that my hero may have been nothing more than a murderer and a coward.

And yeah if Vince has half a brain the Mr. McMahon death will be scrapped.

Obviously, the McMahon bombing angle is out the window.

There is some conjecture as to why Benoit did this. The steroids were found in the house and the story points out that they can cause extreme paranoia. If this happened and he believed something about his wife (like maybe she was going to leave him again), he might have well flipped out. He then would have killed his son to "save" him from everything that would follow Nancy's and, later, Chris' deaths.

McMahon pretty much ended that storyline last night by doing that live show. I still can't believe people actually thought he was dead that whole time. Gee!

Only Benoit knows why he killed his wife and son. But it takes a lot of rage to murder your wife and then turn around and murder your innocent child. And then it takes a coward to turn around and kill yourself!

ok wow you guys are so dumn.. sorry but yes it is very true the reason was benoit was taking some sort of painkiller/steroid and the fact of many untreated concussions caused him to snap and his wife and him must of got into i fight leading him to kill her and then leaves his son ok benoit was going to suicide after the murder but think would it be better for his son to suffer the loss of parents and be placed with people who dont care .. i dont think so .. so thats why he killed him also i got this info from common sense and some police reports
