If a girl takes steroids she can get stronger and more muscular. But women take much smaller doses than men do. They should also avoid certain steroids. Most women bodybuilders take anavar and primo.

Steroids used for this purpose are illegal.
Steroids make you hungry. You will gain weight.
Steroids make people aggressive and even violent.
Steroids make you lose bone mass, a serious problem for girls because they are building bone.
Steroids can cause diabetes.
Steroids can cause glaucoma. It make you blind.
Steroids can cause cataracts.
Don't do it.

A girl can accumulate about 30% more strength. however, steriods will give you hair where you dont want it!! And mood swings.
