And here I thought music was the universal language.
People can sing whatever songs that appeal to them. Unless they're singing something obviously insulting then just take it for what it is--a song.

I am "white" and my wife is "black". We sing all types of songs. My wife know more "white" songs than I know "black" songs. We live in a somewhat prejudice city, but we don't allow other people to annoy us. We behave the same wherever we're at. To answer your question, you may be correct or slightly paranoid of "white" people enjoying singing whatever. Don't read more into it than what it is. Be yourself, "Don't worry, be happy".

You are the racist pig. Freedom of speech dude. There is no such thing as a "black song" just as there is no such thing as a "white song"
It's a song. Stop thinking the world is out to get you. Get OVER IT.

Dion, the reason I sing black songs to you when you walk by my house is because I am trying to entice you into stopping by for a chat!
I want to be your friend!

Uh, no. I sing Japanese songs. That doesn't mean I'm mocking the japanese. I sing their songs because I like them.

Define "black songs"? If a black person sings Eminem they are racists? Get over yourself man. People are just people not everyone is out to get you.

It sound like you have a problem with this. Why don't you dispell all the questions and just ASK THEM??? This can mean something or not. Only you know the whole situation and the people involved. Ask them yourself. Clear your mind once and for all.
