I'm afraid all that means is that your lamp is made of crystal.... with a model number. You might want to look for a maker's mark (if it has one) etched into the crystal... look on the bottom or the perimeters of the base or the plinth or the column (I'm sorry, I don't what it looks like...I'm assuming:). The French were very clever at hiding their identifications so it may take some sleuthing on your part :) And, moreover, many pieces, like Baccarat. were only marked during certain years.
