There is no apostrophe in the plural word monkeys. At least one of the three wise monkeys could have told you that but only the one that hears no evil since one had his eyes covered so couldn't see the evil in your word and one didn't speak any so couldn;t tell you. The one that would hear non could though since he could both see and speak.
