We are going to a camp in August. It is a family camp and you have to have a Christmasy theme. The camps all around theme is Christmas in August. Anything girly would be great but anything with christmas. Because we have to make a "theme song" for our family!

Why not make the theme December the 26th, when Santa is on his vacation? Look at Oriental Trading's web site to order small flip-flops, luau shirts, flamingos and such. Get hold of a small artificial tree to hang on the decorations. If you have any artistic talent, draw Santa laying on an inner tube in his bathing suit, sipping a tropical drink. Do it on foam core board, cut it out and paint it.

a Christmasy theme for what? I'm not sure I understand the question. Just pick something, there's tons of stuff that has to do with Christmas. Candy canes, cookies, sleigh bells, snowman, gingerbread, etc. etc.

"Jingle bells" song and some fake snow. How about a theme where santa is getting ready to take off to give the world gifts.

I would suggest the manger scene with two single characters, Mary and an Angel. I would have the Angel singing, "Mary Did You Know?"
