It probably is fake but it seems pretty real and it was good and had a good ending.

the last word is death. IT ends with dudley becoming somewhat like the new voldemort. Cause it turns out he can do magic.

It's a fake. Rowling and the publishers aren't releasing the book until the 21st of July, that way no one can spoil the book for those who will not be getting it through the mail. I believe Rowling has also said that at this point she still has no plans to agree to releasing the books in e-book format.

its probably a fake because the book doesnt come out till 21st of july... but it might be a slight chance that its real...how does it end?? wait - by new hp book, do you mean the last one?
