The hardest part is actually getting out of bed. It's warm and cozy, so throw the sheets / blankets off as soon as you get up. It helps if you have a fan blowing, too - you'll be colder and want to get up faster. Get dressed ASAP and douse yourself with a little cold water. If you're still worried you'll fall asleep, go downstairs and prepare a simple breakfast that actually involves you cooking (something besides toast) - by then you'll be concrentrating on a task, and it'll be almost impossible to fall back asleep. Oh, and some nice coffee doesn't hurt. : )
If you need more energy, drinking water or coffee can help (make sure you're hydrated!). This may seem obvious, but going to bed just a little earlier next time can help with this too.

a shot of caffeine,
some sugar or swedish fish (my personal favorite remedy)
slap yourself in the face
a cold shower (also a remedy for other things)
drink some water (dehydration is the #1 cause of fatigue)
or just screw it and go back to bed....sweet dreams buddy!!!
