the Q is in philosophy-I am looking for philosiphical chinese sayings.I think the chinese philosophy is deep and interesting.

Amnesty International adopted that as their motto years ago. When I first heard of AI, back in college, I was struck by the beauty and truth of the saying, but it wasn't until I actually joined Amnesty International about five years ago that I bothered to look it up. Every source I found on it said that it is a very old Chinese proverb.
I think it is a beautiful saying, and that just like amost any proverb, it is absolutely true.
(And by the way, "Me love you long time" is hilarious, but it's technically Kubrickese, not even Vietnamese. It's from the movie "Full Metal Jacket".)

1. Real Chinese: ni pu hao = you're no good/ you're bad/ you're not good
2. I once got a fortune cookie that said: "Your friend will pay...
next time."
3. Mao Tse Tung's saying "Serve the people" is nice, actually-- not that I'd want to do it-- but look at the stink it's made in Peru!
4. The jk 'chinese' word for a fat person: "chin tu fat"
5. Chinese Restaurant name: Won Hung Lo
