Try some curls or flipping it out at the ends! For the make-up, make it look natural. If you don't have too much going on with your outfit, add a cute chunky necklace to top it off. If you've got the whole big hair, bright makeup, big earings thing, keep it simple and add a silver heart or something along those lines around your neck. Nail polish and accessories are those extra little things that make a big difference. A nice manicure shows that your willing to put time into making yourself look fresh and attractive, but you don't always have to spend the big bucks on nailpolish that will last a couple days, you can ask your mom or a friend to help you with that! Purses, scarves, and sunglasses look great!-if you wear them right. Never over do it though, keep it simple and cute! Ad last but NOT least, stay clean and healthy. Take showers ATLEAST every other day and wash your face. Stay looking fresh. I know this may sound a little overwhelming, but once you get into a daily routine with it, its not hard at all! :)

ok so I went through a time period where i was in jeans and whatever shirt on top.. never SUPER girly.. but all of a sudden its hit me that i want to be lol. Wear dresses more often, cute makeup (nothing heavy, keep it neutral), heals or flats can be cute depending on the outfit. Try to incorporate pink and teal into your wardrobe lol... i love those colors. Also, do your hair (dont go around with your hair messy) unless youre going for that "you know i did my hair but it looks messy" style which could be really sexy if you know how to pull it off... and most of all accessorize to match perfectly.. try to get your shoes and purse to match and your earrings bracelets and necklace to match your clothes... they dont have to be a set to match eachother but atleast have them match your clothes

Well, i'm a total girly girl and I love shopping in preppy stores like Wet Seal, Forever21, Aeropostale, and American Eagle but not Abercrombie and Fitch cauz they are racists! My freinds are dark skinned so I don't like them anymore!!!
Also, have loads of earings, big sunglasses, accessories of all sorts, have a cute purse with makeup wherever you go, and always look your best!!! Wear a lot of pink, light blue, and light green, yello and white!
Everything has to be super cute and preppy!

um, try to be delicate...
in clothes go for soft colors. getting your nails done is a start too! you dont have to wear high heels or whatever to feel and be a girly girl. just cute shoes. whatever you like.
